$13 Million Project to Transform the Campus
The Woodside Board of Directors has approved a $13
Million project to transform the campus for the next
generation. Woodside has been engaged in intense
planning activities over the past year to develop a
comprehensive Master Site Plan which is market
driven and meets the increasing needs of our seniors.
Woodside will design and construct a new state of the
art rehabilitation facility designed as a distinct unit to
ensure short term residents have an optimal
environment to aid in their recovery process, including
a new unit of private rooms.
A significant portion of Woodside will be renovated
including the special care unit which serves nursing
home residents who have memory loss issues.
Woodside is constructing a new Assisted Living facility
to serve seniors who do not require nursing home level
services but do require 24 hour are and supervision
due to memory loss. Groundbreaking is targeted for
